These stories showcase the progress of our community, but the journey wasn't always this smooth.
And the same thing that stopped my students, might be the same force stopping you too.
At the time, these particular students were investing £20,000+ a year to join my year-long masterclass, be mentored privately with me, and launch their portfolio to the moon.
A great plan (or so you’d think).
But in reality, something wasn’t quite right.
Time after time, I’d watch these same students find perfectly profitable deals… Only to stop short of pulling the trigger.
What was going on?
Instead of building their business in 12 months as planned, or getting as close as possible, they were letting opportunity after opportunity pass them by.

Lesson learned…
I decided to get everyone in a room for a long weekend fueled by endless tea, coffee, and biscuits.
Over the course of 3 action-packed days, I walked them step-by-step through my entire system from A–Z.
The energy in the room was contagious.
You could feel the tension break, as everyone breathed a huge sigh of relief.
The best part?
Seeing the light’s go on in everyone’s eyes, as each piece of the jigsaw puzzle came together in their mind, was captivating!
Plus, they were able to follow along and use the A4 sheet of paper (the blueprint) to see what to do next under any and all circumstances.
By the time the weekend finished, each student was eager to get home as fast as possible.
I imagine they’d had enough of me!
